At 80% protein, each scoop offers a massive 24g of protein per 30g scoop. We recommend using 1 scoop of whey protein 60 minutes prior to exercise, then 1 or 2 scoops (depending on your bodyweight) post workout to help maintain muscle mass. For optimum results use 2-4 servings daily along with a well balanced and healthy diet.
