UK Mainland Delivery

Unless otherwise agreed or specified during the ordering process, orders received Monday – Friday (except Bank Holidays) will be processed within 1-2 working days of order confirmation and delivered within 2 – 3 working days of order processing.

Please, contact us via the form if you have not yet received your goods within 10 working days after the date of our Order Confirmation. We will investigate and send tracking information if necessary.

We currently don’t shi outside the UK (United Kingdom).

UK Returns

Please submit a returns request using the form below. Please include your order number and the issue with your return.

Please note, that we do NOT accept returns on damaged or opened products due to health and safety reasons with our couriers.
