Strawberry cheesecake

Ingredients

  • 1/c cup jumbo oats
  • 25g New York Cheesecake Whey Protein
  • Handful of chopped strawberries
  • Heaped tsp milled flax seed powder
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • Strawberries to garnish

Method

  1. Combine the oats, protein, flax seed and milk and mix well. Stir through the strawberries and pop
  2. Into the fridge for a couple of hours or overnight to thicken slightly.
  3. When you’re ready to eat, top with more fresh strawberries and enjoy!
